Dr. Joy Dahl works bi-vocationally as Vice President of Financial Services for East-West Ministries International, a global organization operating in 44 countries, and as a Workplace Ambassador mentoring and leading professional development initiatives with a faith-forward perspective. Joy equips believers at all levels to embrace their calling as ambassadors through “theology of work” and practical “faith and work integration” in everyday workplaces. Joy helped launch the BOLDLY Conference––the premier Faith+Work for Women conference. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Made to Flourish which empowers pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities.
